Tiffany first arrived at the property during the second half of 2018 when I thought about selling my home. Like many first-time home sellers, I had done some research but didn't have a good handle on the entire process. Tiffany pieced together not only comparable homes from the surrounding areas but formulated a sales strategy which ensured my house stood out to potential buyers. Her plan worked as we had an entire weekend of private showings. The house was on the market for 3 total days before we received an offer $21,000 above the asking price. Afterwards her recommended attorney proceeded to make the closing as smooth as possible. Aside from knowing the market and having a plan from day one, Tiffany was very accommodating. I had an older dog and cat in the house which needed special attention. During 1 showing my dog escaped and Tiffany ran after her while wearing heels. Eventually the dog was caught and brought back safely. I would recommend her service to anyone. She was available to text or call at any time, and I'm completely satisfied with the result of my home selling experience.
