Renee and Richard were simply outstanding as they helped us (first-time buyers) navigate the complex housing market in multiple districts across Long Island before we settled on our current house in Port Washington. We entered the market at a tough time in early 2024, with low inventories and high prices, but Renee was there every step of the way with us. We especially appreciated her patience, as we had asked many "basic" questions that more seasoned buyers would never have asked and lesser realtors would have scoffed at. Her advice to us were consistently insightful and timely (often on the weekends as well), giving us angles into topics we had not thought of, and her presence gave us peace of mind each time we put visited an open house or put in an offer. All in all, we genuinely consider Renee and Richard to be of the highest caliber, and if we were to repeat the buying process again in Long Island, we would choose them again in a heartbeat.
