This is the second time we have used Jodi to help sell a house for us in the last 6 years, and the second time that not only did she get our house sold within a week (not even joking), but that we had multiple competing offers, and she got us well above asking with both houses. She makes the process painless, and easy and she really knows what she's doing, from recommending changes that needed to happen before going on the market, to just having a thorough knowledge of the market and area. A lot of real estate agents just want a quick sale, and you can tell - not Jodi. She's in it to help you get the best deal possible, even if that means extra paperwork and time spent for her. She's also a great negotiator when buyer's come back with ridiculous requests. We've also been on the other side with her. She is the one who sold us our last house! (So the last time we used her she negotiated both the sale of our current house and the purchase of the house we bought.) Her ability to not only be completely honest about the house we were looking at (both negative and positive), and her deep knowledge of the area the house was in was absolutely what sold us on the house and her as a realtor. Having worked with others in the past, I can't imagine using anyone else as a real estate agent now. Jodi is the real deal, and is the first person we'll call every single time. She's also the first person I would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling. Go with Jodi if you get the chance - you won't regret it.

Jodi Breneman continues to be professional, courteous and caring from the moment she walked in the door of the house we were going to sell right up until the imminent close of Escrow. The house in Mayflower Village, Monrovia, CA, was the home that we had been raised in and held lots of memories for my 97 year-old mother, my sister, our extended family and me. Jodi respected that fact and worked closely with us to ensure that all our requests were met. She was timely in her responses and knowledgeable about the market and the area. Jodi was able to work with us even though I was in San Diego, my sister in Maui and our Mother close by, but not an active part of the transaction. Jodi was well versed in the online process of DocuSign. The escrow and title companies she works with reflect her high standards. We had a great experience with Jodi in buying our first home and recommend her without hesitation. Without Jodis expertise and network of professionals, wed still be looking for the right house and struggling to compete with other buyers. We went with Jodi because we knew her from the neighborhood and were intrigued by her achievements and awards. Right off the bat, she was a step above other agents when she offered to come directly to our house to discuss properties and finances. She listened to our criteria and didnt balk at the struggles wed had in finding the holy grail of the right home at the right price in the right neighborhood. When we visited properties she always arrived prepared with insight and knowledge about the house, neighborhood, and school districts. When we thought we might be interested in a house, she offered to run comps to determine the right offering price and discussed strategies which made us feel that our hopes might not be dashed as they had in the past. She was tactful and attentive when we needed advice or opinions especially those concerning commutes and school districts and whether a house was properly suited to our needs. We never felt pressured or disregarded, nor did we feel pandered to or patronized.In the first month, she was able to procure us a pocket listing that met a lot of our criteria and was able to agree with the seller on a lower price so we could do some remodeling to the kitchen and bathroom. She was even able to connect us with a mortgage broker the same day we made an offer, and got a better loan than we got through our credit union (which, but the way, didnt get back to us in time because our loan officer was out of the office and returned our call after our offer was accepted!). It all worked out quickly and efficiently, and we felt supported in every way. We were fortunate to find our home in a matter of a few months, but I feel confident that Jodi would have continued to work diligently until we found and bought our perfect home. I can say with conviction that we are very grateful to Jodi for helping us find the perfect home for us to raise our children in and that has so many attributes that we hoped our first home would have. Although it was a wild ride, it always felt right, and our lives are forever changed because of Jodi!
