I had been looking to buy a place in Greenport NY for about a year. I found available inventory for sale was minimal. My friends suggested Kristy Naddell as they dealt with her under a similar tight inventory situation and Kristy found them a place they've been happy with. Although I was looking for the proverbial "needle in the haystack", Kristy worked diligently reaching out to people to see if they were interested in selling. Within 2 months, after much networking, searching and direct mailers to perspective sellers Kristy called me at 7 am on a Monday morning. A place went on the market overnight, she summoned me to see it right away. We walked inside and within 15 minutes she had a full price offer from me but alerted me that had she was suspicious of the sellers. Apparently she was right, the sellers family were dealing with internal issues. It took 4 months for the deal to close. Kristy wasn't deterred and continued in her search to fine that "needle in the haystack". Shortly thereafter, she had found another place thru her networking that wasn't even listed yet. We inspected it on Sunday morning, revisited it on Tuesday, made an offer which was accepted and we closed within a 3 weeks.Throughout our interactions, Kristy portrayed the traits of a honest, sincere, respectful, diligent, hard working individual.
