Karen worked very hard to find the perfect house for our needs. She arranged to show us new construction, as well as more established homes between 6 and 10 yrs old. We had several options from which to choose and she was happy to negotiate the offer when we were ready. No pressure at all, just patience and understanding with our many questions.
