This was was our (my wife and I) first home buying experience. We had no idea where to start and how to go from step to step in the home buying process. From the start Ashley was great! Whenever we would reach out to her with questions (and we had a lot of questions) or interest in seeing a house, she was sure to respond back very quickly. Never once were we left waiting for a response from Ashley on if we could do a walkthrough on a house or on any questions we asked. She was there helping us every step of the way making sure we felt fully confident in the next step we were taking. Even though we really had no idea what we were doing, we felt like we had been buying houses for years thanks to Ashley's knowledge and expertise. Ashely always had our best interests in mind. She always gave her honest opinion when we asked questions about something. She made the home buying experience feel like we had a best friend looking at the houses with us and not just our realtor.
