This was my first home purchase, and I am so happy that I had Lee on my side to guide me through the complicated process. He was always knowledgable, professional and prompt. I first called him back in September, and only a couple weeks after that, he helped me make multiple offers on a few great condos in the West LA area. He guided me towards places that truly fit my needs, and he made me consider issues that I would have never even thought about. I ended up purchasing a condo that was under construction, and construction took a lot longer than expected. Lee kept me calm, answered all my questions, and guided me through frustrating interactions with the seller. Even after the contract was signed, Lee was constantly advocating for me when dealing with the seller, mortgage broker and escrow company. He even visited the condo several times to check on the construction progress, and he did this without me asking him to. I appreciated this very much because was I lived too far away to visit all the time. I felt like he truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase, and he did everything in his power to make sure that I got what I wanted. Lee has truly been a blessing, and I could not have achieved my dream of becoming a home owner without his help.
