Being a Sr Loan Officer and licensed real estate agent for many years, means I know this industry very well. Ive worked with hundreds of agents/brokers and can immediately tell the good ones from the bad ones. Buying a home from out of state, site unseen, is not for everyone, but thats what I did this year. That took a lot of trust in who was representing me. From the moment I made the call to Adrianna Derrick and her team, I knew I was in the right hands. I worked with Courtney Walker and we instantly clicked. She was extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and warm. She offered to do a video walk-through of the home I was interested in and answered many questions. My offer was accepted within 2 hours or less! During the process, she helped me with everything from insurance company recommendations to inspections. When I arrived, she showed me the home (at last!) and stayed with me during the attorney closing appointment. After closing, the relationship didnt stop there; she referred me to the best contractor I have ever worked with to do some remodeling, an amazing pest company and she even got rid of the junk the sellers left behind in the yard. I know if I have a question, I can still call her and shell be there to help me. There are many agents/brokers to choose from, but you want a team that actually cares about you, knows how to get the home that you want closed quickly and is there for you after you close too. My expectations are pretty high being in this industry, and can honestly say, Id never work with anyone else. Ill be buying an investment property in the area soon, and look forward to working with Courtney Walker and the Derrick Legacy Team again!

My husband and I have been looking for a house the last 2 yrs and we recently have closed on are first home. I have recommended Heather to everyone I know who is looking to buy a home.
