Julie is an excellent realtor and great as a person. She helped us buy our first home. Although this process is meant to be very stressful, she made it very easy for us. She is very talented and organised.She gave us advise about small things we could do in our house and she also has excellent negotiation skills to work with sellers to carve you out financial benefits. She was very flexible with timings and availability when we requested to visit the property at weekends and would go extra mile for us in everything we ask. At times, she stayed extra hours on weekends to get things done for us at our new house (furniture delivery/appliance delivery). She is really passionate about what she does and truly cares about your needs. She is more like a friend to us now. I am happy to recommend Julie, to all my friends and family and especially first time buyers. I would definitely work with her again in future.

Julie is an absolutely outstanding realtor. She made herself immediately available to us when we reached out to her, and maintained an impeccable response time throughout our homebuying process. She is a fantastic communicator; she connected the dots between all parties expertly and made contact whenever needed. In a world where text messaging is the norm and information so often gets lost in translation, Julie communicates over the phone or email for all buyer inquiries and needs. We absolutely trusted her to communicate in a sophisticated and strategic way on our behalf. We were in the craziest market of our lifetime, and Julie provided us with market comps and research every step of the way to guide our homebuying decision. We were about to welcome a second child into our family, and Julies maternal wisdom helped us stay true to our family values and not compromise our priorities (e.g., all bedrooms on the same level). When we were ready to place offers, Julie guided us patiently through the process and had a true understanding of what sellers in this market were looking for - e.g., whether it was advisable to waive particular contingencies, or how to approach a letter of introduction whether the seller was a builder or a family of five. Julies expertise helped us position ourselves to be competitive while remaining within our comfort zone. Once our offer was accepted, Julie helped us each step of the way, with helpful suggestions of inspector, bank, and attorney contacts, as well as gentle reminders of what we needed to do next. When we finally closed on our new home, Julie walked through the house with us a final time and offered simple solutions for small improvements. Julie is a remarkable realtor, but an even better person. She is compassionate, a great listener, and truly values people over profit. It sounds cliche, but Julie treated us like we were her own family. She was there for us during an impossibly challenging time in our lives, and we are endlessly grateful for her. We would trust her with any future home buying or selling needs!
