He is quick to action and worked in our best interests when purchasing our new home. I appreciate his in depth knowledge of current market trends along with his extensive experience that allowed to to accurately guide us on cause and effects through current market cycles. He doesnt just show you homes for the sake of "filling" in fodder - the homes suggested to view were aligned to our wants and dont wants - making our home buying experience as succinct and precise and not a waste of our (collectively) time and efforts. From getting our offer submitted, accepted, and throughout the process to close Dan and his team are the "Goldiocks" of communications. Not everyday but just the right cadence to keep us updated in the know and not feel like the deal is falling off the rails.
