My wife and I had the daunting task of finding our first home during one of the worst (buyers) markets in recent history. Homes were selling, sight unseen, 24 hours after they were listed. Offers were 50k over asking, cash up front, inspections waived, 10k+ appraisal gaps... We couldn't compete. After over a year of searching, we were exhausted and ready to give up. That was before we found Garrett. He was a beacon of light in these dark times. Garrett was our George Washington and he led us across the Delaware river with unrivaled skill and professionalism. Within 1 month of working with Garrett, we had our offer accepted on a home we would be lucky to have. Fast forward 1 more month, and we are now the proud owners of that house. This shouldn't have been possible, but Garrett worked tirelessly to make it possible. Garrett's drive, experience, and wisdom are second to none and we would be honored to work with him again in the future. As first time home buyers, it can be hard to find someone who you can trust to guide you through the process. It was immediately clear to me that Garrett was someone that had my wife and I's best interest in mind. No call, text, or email went unanswered. Every question we had was explained in full, often multiple times over. Most importantly for us, there was never any pressure to make a decision one way or the other. We felt that we had the freedom to make our decisions on our terms, and any time we needed insight or guidance (often), Garrett was always available to provide it. Garrett made certain that we were updated at every step in the process, that everything was accounted for, and that we were comfortable with how things were going. We couldn't be happier with the service Garrett provided us.
