If we had to sum up our experience with Jannis Sams as our Realtor in one word, I think I would have to say Incredible. Jannis and her team went so above-and-beyond the call of duty as our Realtor that we truly dont even know where to begin. She facilitated so many details and was also able to tailor our service needs just to us. She was respectful of our time and explained each step as we went through the process. Jannis will bend over backwards to get your house sold and she will deliver on every single promise she makes to you. She knows her market, she knows her builders and she knows how to sell a home!! She had a quick response to all our needs and concerns. Exceptionally good follow up time, usually within 15- 20 minutes of leaving a message for her. Jannis has been as asset since moving to Cleveland 5 years ago. We have since purchased three homes and sold one. I can honestly say I wouldn't think of working with anyone else. She is super knowledgeable about the area and also quite knowledgeable about building codes/mold/water intrusion. Things buyers and sellers sometimes need to rely on there real estate professionals for advice for more than they might think. Any questions she couldn't answer were a phone call away. Buying in this area was a challenge for me due to the geographical differences between the flat lands of Florida and the rolling hills of TN, but Jannis and her team were very knowledgeable and had no problems answering all my questions and steering me in the right direction. I would recommend Jannis and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
