My wife and I found Nicole when we moved from Alaska to NJ in 2010. She helped us find and purchase our first home while making the process go very smooth...she was always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable. Then, of course, it was a no-brainer to hire her as our listing agent when we decided to sell 5 years later. Within 3 days of putting our house on the market we had 5 showing requests and actually received and accepted an offer from the first couple that viewed our home. Of course that's when the tough part starts, but again Nicole was able to walk us through the entire process and made everything feel much easier than I think it would have been with a different agent. She is very personable, very confident, and backs it up with the knowledge and experience we expected. We had many bumps in the road with the sale of our home but Nicole always had the right answer for the situation. I can say with complete certainty, I don't believe things would have worked out as well as they did had it not been for Nicole. During the process of buying and selling, you don't have the comfort of hindsight, but thanks to Nicole, everything went so well, we wouldn't have changed a thing! Our only regret is moving out of state and not being able to use her in Michigan! I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone considering buying or selling a home, you won't be disappointed!
