Megan Morris has been amazing!A She is very professional and attentive to her customer's needs.A I sold a home and purchased a new home with Megan.A We listed my townhouse and had several offers within the first four days. We accepted a very good offer for our sale but then had a limited time to find a new home - approximately two weeks!A Megan was not stressed over the short timeframe! She was committed to finding us the RIGHT home.A She never made us feel like we had to settle for what we did not want, and with her assistance we found a beautiful home that we love. Megan is very knowledgeable; if she did not have an answer for one of my questions then she diligently pursued one for me. Even though I peppered her with questions left and right, she was very gracious and supportive. She is very organized and was able to pull up details on emails or responses from my seller/buyer within seconds. At no point over the several months that it took from listing to closing did I feel like we were on the back burner or she was not there if we needed her. She was on point and kept both transactions moving smoothly. She setup most of the required appointments for us and even volunteered to come sit with our dogs when I was stuck at work. She went above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend Megan highly enough. I was able to sell my home for a profit and buy my house with little funds out of pocket - my closing agent even called me her poster child because she has not seen such beneficial closings in years! Megan Morris is a true professional. If you want someone you can trust to treat you kindly, professionally, and with respect, and if you want to feel like you are in good hands then you should give her a call. We are so glad that we did.
