I hired Jeremy to rent and manage my property in Corpus Christi in November 2014 and he has turned out to be the last person I should have gone to. He advised me he rented my house on December 2, 2014, would be collecting the rent and security deposit on the 3rd and would call me when he did. Since then, he has not returned any of my numerous calls or texts. Today is February 22nd, and it seems now that he got the job and his commission I am not worth his time. For now my options are limited not only since I have retired and moved out of town but also because he is the owner/broker of Corpus Christi Realty Group so it isn't like I can call his supervisor/boss. I've been asking Jeremy DeLaGarza to send me the agreement form we both signed, the rental agreement, invoices and receipts, and lastly I have been asking for the tax form with his tax I'D so I can file my taxes.. I have not received anything yet. WHO needs someone like him to manage property? I can't respond to his response, I'll just ADD: everything I've posted are FACTS, no lies were ever posted. I never called at 3:00 a.m. but did send ONE text on a morning I couldn't sleep due to the stress he was putting me under trying to get my documents. WHY would I lie about not receiving them?

Jeremy worked hard to help us find the home we wanted, and what really made a difference was that he understood exactly what we were looking for! I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for or selling a home.
