Sheri is amazing, I don't think five stars do her any justice for how great she was.I brought her in on my home buying deal a week before closing, a simple for sale by owner gone wrong. I was overwhelmed and ready to walk away from the deal, when I contacted Sheri.She got back to me right away, reviewed all my documents, and reviewed them with me in less than 12 hours.She spoke clearly and confidently, I could immediatly tell she had a ton of experince. She broke down the leagal jargon in my documents, so I could actual know what I was agreeing to. She also informed me of many of my own legal rights that were not being met...I had no clue!When it came to negotiating, she is a no nonsense, stright forward, professional. I couldnt have asked for a better agent than Sheri! Not only am I a first time homebuyer but I am also new to California. She really helped ease my nervousness, answered all of my questions beyond a timely manner, is very knowledgeable and knows the right people that are trustworthy and hardworking as well! She really is on her clients side. She makes sure that you are being given the right information, prices, comps, and paperwork. Buying a home is a very long process but Sheri made it so easy, the time flew by extremely quickly. Sheri is very forward-thinking!
