Aghil was a wonderful buying agent to work with. He scheduled and showed us over 25 homes around the western Denver area within two months. He was truly committed to finding us the right house and never pressured us in any way. He has a keen eye for identifying potential problems "below the surface" that buyers may not think to look for, and he had no problem climbing into crawl spaces to look for mold, foundational problems, etc. Aghil was always extremely responsive to emails, phone calls, and texts, no matter the time of day. His recommendations for lenders and home inspectors were top notch. When it came time to make offers, his recommendations for offer terms gave us the competitive edge to WIN the only two contracts we submitted (first house didn't work out for other reasons), and we did NOT need to go 10-20% over asking as is typical of the current market.
