Meghan and Scott are both wonderful! Before they placed our condo on the market, they strategized with us, had a staging consultant provide suggestions, and had an experienced photographer take pictures of the property that really captured the essence of our home - all at no cost to us! Once our condo went on the market, it was off within one week because we had multiple offers! Not only do they have an incredible way with people, but they also have a profound work ethic and will go above and beyond to reach as many potential buyers through their network. We really enjoyed working with them, the process was incredibly smooth, and they made sure that there werent added stressors that we had to deal with. If you ever want to buy or sell a property, you will never go wrong with Meghan and Scott! They are definitely the A+ team.

I was referred to the Walker/Spanier Real Estate Group where I met Scott and his partner Neil. I had several appointments scheduled to interview real estate agents; however, after meeting with Scott and Neil, I hired them on the spot.They have excellent industry knowledge. They are attentive, thorough, great at strategizing, and delivers great customer service. I had a time sensitive situation where I needed my home to be sold in a timely manner. Scott and Neil got it done! Additionally, they handle all matters, transactions, home tours, etc., themselves. I recieved 3 offers total and with their direction, I accepted they best offer and the closing process was very smooth. Everything literally went so perfect, I could not believe it myslef.
