After interviewing several other agents to list my Marina Condo, I gave the listing to Todd. It was immediately clear I made an excellent choice. The condo was an investment property. Todd understood that I had no attachment to the unit and wanted to sell it quickly for a fair price. Todd suggested some improvements to best market the property during a difficult time in the SF real estate market. I was impressed that he kept my financial interests in mind in selecting the improvements that were likely to have the biggest impact. I was a bit skeptical when he promised a sale within 2 weeks of listing at above asking price, but he delivered. Recently, I found out that the HOA had never received the documents showing proof of sale. In spite of the fact that this is usually the responsibility of the buyer's agent, Todd stepped right in and took care of it, several months after the sale. It's an example of how he goes the extra mile for his clients.

I cannot recommend Ron highly enough. My partner and I were tentative first-time homebuyers when we met Ron. We were looking for a two-bedroom home in central San Francisco (Mission/Castro/Duboce/Hayes/Soma), and we had a fairly limited budget (by SF standards) of $1.1M. We knew very little about real estate in general, let alone the SF market, and we were fortuitously connected with Ron through an online search.Right from the beginning, Ron was unbelievably responsive, always replying to emails and texts immediately and willing to talk on the phone at any time. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide clear answers to all of our naive questions, of which there were many! He also lives and works in the neighborhood, so it was great to have his expertise regarding the micro-local real estate market. Most importantly, Ron really took the time to get to learn who we were and what we wanted in a home. We had some unique preferences that probably didn't always align with his, but Ron was always able to see the homes through our eyes while adding his own valuable professional experience to the discussion.In the end, Ron helped us find the perfect home, with more space than we expected, in a great location, and under budget. The whole process went incredibly smoothly, and it wouldn't have been possible without Ron's expert guidance. If you're looking for a home in the city, Ron's definitely your guy!
