I was so happy to have come across Colleen Lawrence's name when I was researching great realtors in the Raleigh area. I was living up in Massachusetts at the time searching for a home in Fuquay-Varina. The reviews I read of Colleen were 100% on target. From my first virtual meeting with Colleen while I was in Massachusetts she was so thorough, professional and kind. She spent so much time with me trying to get details of my wants and needs as much as possible. When I came down to N.C. we found my house the first time we went out looking. It was a home to be built. Through the whole process, Colleen has been there checking in every step of the way. She has attended every meeting that I had from selections for the home, to inspections and beyond. We are closing in a couple of weeks and I was just thinking about how lucky I was to have found her and my new home. I thought I would share what a great agent she was to work with. I am sure if anyone has the pleasure of working with Colleen, they would certainly have to agree with me. I worked as a realtor many years ago and bought and sold my own homes over the years having many dealings with realtors. I can fairly say, in comparison to many other agents, Colleen is definitely a 5 star agent who goes above and beyond. Anyone would be lucky to work with her. Cathy was recommended to us from my wife's sorority sister and it was serendipity! Cathy listened to our needs and wants and guided us to a new build home in an area we love! While the build process is not for the faint at heart, Cathy, having been through it herself, listened to our concerns throughout the process, calmed us when needed, and was tactful in negotiating legitimate issues throughout the process. Cathy was always available - even when she should not have been! She even made many many trips to our new build home to help walk us through some concerns we had. We haven't ever experienced that before. Cathy is a true professional that helped us navigate a new area and the new build process with expertise, understanding, and compassion.
