My family recently purchased a house with the help of Lynn Aglipay who went above and beyond to help us find and buy the perfect home. She was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we had questions. And we had many questions. Outstanding!1st time buyer, Had a real estate agent prior to Ms. Lynn AglipayThey were very slow in acting, 2 years with that former agent, My wife and I did not even come close into starting the process to be "pre - approved / qualified" to make any attempts to place a bid for a home.Finally what I did remember was that Lynnwas in the real estate business! She consulted with us, worked a budget within our means and then Within 4 - 6 months in contacting Lynn, we were Pre - approved / qualified to purchased our 1st home.It's been 4 years plus and very happy!Thanks Lynn..We were blessed :)
