YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? HIRE HER! She is worth it ALL and then some! Do not waste your time looking elsewhere! You are in the best hands! My husband and I are truly fortunate to have found Gigi. We have dealt with our fair share of realtors and I can undoubtedly say that she is all around the best! In the past I was always took it upon myself to buy, list, rent and sell our properties. On the rare occasions that I enlisted the help of a realtor, I often found myself disappointed and I couldnt justify paying such large commissions to someone who just did the paperwork. I noticed that there are very few people who do things with care and purpose who then just show up soon as they see dollar signs. That is, until we found Gigi!!!! We started working with Gigi by listing one of our rental properties because at the time I had too much on my plate and I could not attend to renting the property on my own. Before she took over the listing it was sitting unoccupied and I was losing money - not good! Gigi came in with guns blazing! Much to my surprise she had it occupied immediately and for the price that I wanted/needed. Oh and did I mention that the tenants she vetted were PERFECT?! Since she did so well with the that listing, we gave her another and then another. Now, she is exclusively our agent! To date, we have listed multiple properties and rentals with her and she has hit the mark every time! No matter the price of the property she treats all deals equally, with the same attention and concern. She is always available and responsive. Gigi is communicative, knowledgeable, hard working, pays attention to detail, and is extremely persistent. She listens to our concerns and exceeds our high expectations. Best of all she alleviates our stress and gets the job done! Hire her and thank my later! You will not be disappointed!!
