I can't speak highly enough for the Talbot Team! I live in Southern California so I researched Oakland agents to find them. My Glenview house was in my family since 1949 and I hated to sell but the time had come. Jade and Paul are experts on the market and not only advised me but also oversaw every aspect of the home preparation, which was somewhat extensive as there was a bit of deferred maintenance and the place needed sprucing up. I was not on site for anything, but they were, and I felt an immense trust in their expertise, integrity, and unabashed yet gentle honesty. They are very communicative and clear, quick to respond, thoughtful, sensitive, generous beyond anything I could possibly have expected - and fantastic negotiators. The rest of the team is likewise terrific. I took Jade and Paul's advice every step and they delivered literally everything they promised. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and recommend them unreservedly. And Compass Concierge - also fantastic.
