Paul is a local real estate expert that is well liked and connected in the area. He can get you in ahead of others in a hot market. He found me a great deal in a desirable area with only thirty days to close, NO PROBLEM !! He has a ready network of inspectors, loan, and insurance people ready to go. I did not have to do anything other than PAY...lol. After closing he even got me a great deal on cable service!

As first time homeowners we had no idea what the house buying process entailed. As we began physically looking at homes Paul was extremely helpful. He gave us his opinion based off of his experiences, which we appreciated it. He also questioned us when our excitement clouded our judgement, which we respected. Paul always made sure to weigh both the pros and cons of each house we were interested in to help us better determine whether each house was the house for us. Paul was very responsive and communicative. He constantly kept us in the loop whether it be through email or phone calls. He even went out of his way to provide comps on each neighborhood so we could better evaluate how the market in that area is doing. Not to mention he patiently answered our million and one questions. Paul made everything, from searching online, to viewing homes, to the buying process extremely easy and less stressful. After buying our home Paul has even checked in on us to see how we are doing. Paul Viereck has done it again! We first used Paul back in 2017 when we purchased our first home. This year, we contacted Paul again to help us sell that home and help us through the process of purchasing a new construction through Ryan Homes. We were just as pleased with our experience now as we were back in 2017. Paul was super responsive, communicative, answered all questions (even the ridiculous ones), and always gave us his honest opinion. He made selling our home look easy and got us more than we initially thought we would. When it came to buying a new construction, Paul was there with us each step of the way to lay out our options, ask questions that we had never even thought of, and just make sure we were on the same page as the builders. We settled in October and it looked a bit different than it did in 2017, because of COVID-19. When we arrived at settlement we were told to remain in our vehicle to fill out the paperwork, alone. Thankfully Paul was there, socially distanced of course, to guide us through each document. I'd recommend Paul Viereck to anyone, whether you're buying a home, selling your home, or both!

Paul Viereck is an absolute gem of a realtor! He is responsive, well-informed, and super trustworthy. We used Paul to buy our house back in 2018 and then to sell it (above asking!) in 2020. He's not one of those realtors that sells homes as a side hustle; Paul really knows his stuff and was 100% devoted to us and patient through both transitions. I cannot emphasize this enough: he's definitely the one you want to trust to buy or sell your home!!

As a first time home buyer. Paul provided an admirable experience. For anyone looking for very professional and fast acting realtor I would recommend Paul. I First meet Paul at a water front home I inquired about. We hit off a great conversation about the home, he quickly read my intentions. He knew I wasn't concerned about the interior of the home. My main focus was the location and the outdoor arrangements. I was amazed he understood the importance of this without having to address them myself. Unfortunately the home we meet at would not meet my expectations but that didn't deter me from working with Paul in the future. A few weeks later I found a beautiful home on Alloway lake and the rest was history! Paul successfully negotiated thru some tensed moments and made the absolute best of the situations! Here I am a month into my new home and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Thank you again Paul!
