Eric and Tyler came to me via a recommendation from my realtor in New Jersey and I can honestly say that it was the perfect refferal for me. Eric and Tyler spent a great deal of time locating homes that meet the criteria I had provided them and emailing me the listings for my review and from the lisitngs they sent along, I choose a number of properties to review during my trip (this was prior to my house hunting trip to Florida). Once I arrived in town, they spent a number of days showing me the listings I choose all the while providing me pertinent datails on each neighborhood. Once I chose a home (I elected new construction) they were able to negotiate a price that the seller and I both were happy with. I lived in New Jersey until the home was completed but during the construction period they were my eye's and ear's keeping watch over what has happening with the home. All through the construction period they supplied me photos so I could see the progress. It is a great pleasure for me to recommend the Manring brothers to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in SW Florida.
