I highly recommend Lex and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home. I would say I was a very tough client because I was purchasing a home for the first time and I had no idea what I wanted when I started my search. I did not know whether I wanted a house/townhouse/condo and did not have a good idea about the area I wanted to live [DC or Virginia and obviously that is a broad range]. Lex was incredibly patient with me! We looked for several months until I finally narrowed down the area [Del Ray] I wanted to live in and the type of home I wanted to purchase [a single-family home]. I was very impressed with Lex's negotiating skills! He went above and beyond to help me get the price and other perks that I wanted. Moreover, I felt that Lex was available day or night for any questions I may have had. I am very happy with my home and I was very impressed with Lex's level of expertise and customer service! I highly recommend Lex to anyone and would definitely use him again for future purchases or sales.

Jin Kim is simply a superb agent who has all of the dream attributes a client desires to see. He is extremely diligent, intelligent, superbly neat and prepared, kind, extraordinarily detail oriented (in part due to his his background as a designer), has an innate sense for aesthetics that normal people often do not have, and most importantly takes on the clients house as if it was his own and goes above and beyond to exceed the wildest of expectations. He is tough yet fair and superbly skilled in his negotiations and finds ways to bring parties together that are reasonable and acceptable to both parties. What I particularly enjoyed about Jin was the fact that he took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained to me step by step what I was to expect as a Seller without sugarcoating, so that at no point was I ever surprised by any unknown factors that he did not prepare me beforehand. Simply amazing. I know from experience that there are many realtors given the low barriers to entry, but Jin is what I consider a Lamborghini or Ferrari of realtors whose unique background, personality and skills are perfectly combined. Jins fabulous skills are further amplified by the stellar team of Lex Lianos and Associates who are obviously one of the best in this area (just check out their website and you will see that they are doing things the right way) and support Jin with their great expertise and experience as a top real estate team to make sure the outcome is a home run success. I have absolutely no doubt that anyone using Jin will be supremely satisfied beyond imagination. I am not being paid to do this obviously, but I am hoping that my extreme satisfaction and enthusiasm for Jin and Lex Lianos can help undecided clients to choose this wonderful team. Goran is one of the best realtors you can find. He is not a realtor that puts any pressures on you to buy. Even if it makes things more complicated for him, he will always actively look out for a home that exactly fits your needs and makes sure you are getting the best deal possible for that house. It also helps that he is a truly gifted and strategic negotiator, so we ended up getting more than what we thought possible from the seller. Beyond his dedication to the buyer's interests above all and his negotiation skill, we were impressed with Goran's knowledge of the detailed intricacies and nuances of the home-buying process. He also had a great ability to listen to all of our needs and requests and was able to break the process down for us to be crystal clear each step of the way. Most importantly, Goran is a very nice and friendly person, that will not make you feel any pressure to settle for something you do not absolutely love. We would recommend Goran to everyone as he really can make the stressful and complicated process of buying a house seamless and smooth.
