We met Kyle at a few open houses in our area and was very impressed with his professionalism and his expert knowledge in all areas of the real estate market. So, when it came time to sell our home, we contacted him through his office at Pacific Union. He got back to us right away, arranged a meeting at our home and went through all the details involved if we decided to list with him. He made an excellent presentation, had various marketing materials for us to look over and answered all our questions concerning our listing. In just a little more than a week, we had a beautiful color brochure, inspections and appraisals set, a listing on MLS and a very impressive showing of realtors to view our home.
