Working with Mary was such a joy! The current housing market is extremely competitive and Mary knows how to hustle to give you your best chance at succeeding. She was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and set up a time to meet just a few days later to review in detail the process of buying a home and expectations. We went out over a number of weekends to look at homes and she was always very timely in putting together offers. On one occasion we saw a home on a Sunday at 3pm and heard from the agent that offers were due that same day at 5pm! Mary still got the offer together connected with our lender, and in on time. She gave great feedback on how to structure offers to be the most appealing to sellers while also not being pushy or aggressive about finances. Her positive and fun attitude was great to have during this stressful process and I think it was very helpful when communicating with sellers agents as well. She was always available via phone, email, or text for any questions we had. Once we were finally under contract Becky was great at letting us know next steps. We will miss going out to look at homes together but we hope to see her around town!
