We began looking at homes in mid-2017. We met Tana on our first round of open houses in which she was hosting one of them. We found her to be energetic and honest from that first meeting. She offered to spend time with us getting to know the Santa Cruz to Aptos neighborhoods. That's how we spent the following 3-4 visits to the area. She would focus on one neighborhood and show/discuss the highlights for that area. It was about a year before we made our first bid on a place. The third time was the charm as we bought a place about 18 months after first meeting Tana. This is a long time. Tana was patient with us, clearly explained our options, and offered advice when asked. She never pushed an agenda and made it clear that we should be happy with our purchase (great integrity). Her sense of humor is fantastic as we shared many laughs. We now consider Tana to be a close friend.
