We couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor. My wife and I dipped our toes in the housing market expecting that it would take upwards of 6 months before we found what we wanted. After looking at 3 houses with Jermayne, we stumbled on our dream home in Pasadena. Jermayne acted quickly so that we were able to review the home and put in an offer (which was accepted!) before an open house just two days later. He was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process as we were new to everything to do with escrow. He connected us with inspectors to make sure each contingency was thoroughly explored before submitting a counter-offer. Jermayne worked to get us the best deal possible while also keeping our expectations realistic. He took great pains to explain things to us, keep us informed, and was always responsive whether text, phone, or email within hours. Jermayne was a knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive real estate agent and occasional therapist (when the idea of putting down a large amount of money proved anxiety provoking). We would recommend him hands down to anyone looking for a new home!
