According to his fb page, his business philosophy is quite simple. Treat others as you wish to be treated. So, based on our experience with Mr. Cacich, if you are looking for someone to represent you and your home who is unfriendly, unprofessional, standoffish and flat out rude then you have found your man.We originally contacted Dan to see one of his listings. From the very first moment we met him in the driveway of the home, he treated us as if we were a bother to him. As we proceeded to enter the home, he stood with his arms crossed leaning against a wall while we showed ourselves from room to room. When asked questions, his response was mostly, "I'm not sure" or "I'll have to look and get back to you" - so helpful. After such an unpleasant encounter, my husband and I decided to look elsewhere for representation on the selling of our home and the purchasing of a new one. Buying a new home can be a long and tedious process but the end result is exciting. It's sad and disappointing when someone does their best to take that away from you. There's no shortage of real estate agents in the area, I would NOT recommend going with this guy.
