Lynn was the builders agent who helped me purchase my first home. What initially stuck out to me, and which I appreciated, was the fact that there was no pressure to buy. She asked me about myself and what I was looking for and described how the property and location could fit my lifestyle. She went into great detail about the surrounding areaaEUR"where I could work out, dine, shop, hike, etc. She also knew what was being built in the area, which was important to me as I was looking for a property that would appreciate well over time.When it was time to make an offer, my agent negotiated with Lynn and the result was very positive. After I made the offer, we moved quickly. Lynn was extremely responsive to all of my and my agents emails. In addition, she went above and beyond by following up and following through on each and every minor item that I happened to notice during my first visit. During the key exchange, even though she wasnt working that day, Lynn took the time to stop by my new home and congratulate me. After closing, she continued to check in often to ensure everything was in tip top shape. She even took time out of her day to help coordinate cable and internet installation while I was on vacation in Australia.Ive been at my new place for almost six months now and Lynn continues to check in with me to make sure I'm doing well and that I'm enjoying my unit. When I do have questions, she is very quick to address them or to escalate them to the appropriate group. That is what sets her apart from the other agents; she doesnt just stop at closing because she really cares about you as a customer and genuinely wants you to be happy with what is one of the most expensive purchases youll make.I consider myself to be very lucky to have gone through this life event with a sellers agent who was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I just hope Ill be so lucky as to purchase my next home from her again someday.
