Mary Linda Cotten is professional and knowledgeable. Her joyful attitude, steadfast faithfulness and boundless energy make her a pleasure to work with. She not only knows the greater Albany area, but has many friends and points of contact here. She has been a wonderful source of recommendations for contractors, doctors, specialists etc. In fact, we almost walked away from purchasing our home because of the negligence of the sellers' agent. Mary Linda essentially did the job of both agents to ensure the inspection and correction process was complete prior to our purchase at closing. Mary Linda was recommended by our bank (USAA) as a credible and reliable realtor and we are so happy we met her. We've recommended her to a set of friends who also purchased a home in Albany and are pleased. We plan to have Mary Linda sell our home when we move.

We were so lucky to find Mary Linda. I was only in town for 2 days. I had a list of 20 houses. Not only did she show me all of the houses, but she also took me to 2 country clubs, and a nursing home. (The nursing home was for my father-in-law who lives with us but may need more care in the future.) She went above and beyond her duty. She not only knows the neighborhoods, but she knows the people as well. She is also very friendly, and helped us tremendously with the negotiations. Oh, and I almost forgot. The house we ended up buying wasn't even on our list of houses to look at. I told her my needs, and she suggested we check out this house that may suit us. Turns out she was right! I love this house, and if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't even know it existed. I highly recommend Mary Linda as a Realtor.
