Finding and buying our first house in the midst of a sellers market was not an easy task. Melissa was very professional with a friendly and calming manner throughout the process. Our criteria was specific and limited our options, and our timeline was complicated as we were expecting our second baby and moving out of a rental that was being sold. We were reminded to not settle for less than we needed while also being encouraged to make sure we loved the place we were hoping to call home. Melissa is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. She listened intently and answered our questions expertly, and posed many back to us to help us process through the realities of owning each house we looked at. Anytime there was a house we wanted to see Melissa moved fast as houses were flying off the market. Her responsiveness and communication helped with the logistics of the entire process, especially when deciding whether or not to make an offer on a property.
