From my first interaction with Cynthia, she sprung into action (literally). I cold-called her, she pulled to the side of the road, I explained who I was and my real estate needs. Not only did she listen well, she asked the right questions on things I did not think about or consider to understand truly what I was looking for. There were two houses I was interested in. I was located out of state and was house hunting 100% remotely online. Cynthia stopped what she was doing and contacted the seller agents so she could go to the houses and make some short videos and provide me with a quick assessment and update. Within three hours of our initial conversation, Cynthia delivered the videos (email/WhatsApp) to me. Cynthia will work late hours, nights and weekends to ensure she sees all actions through from start to finish. She is extremely responsive to quick question, phone calls and emails.
