Melissa Goldstein Tucci is one of the most rarest type of professionals.So much so that Zillow should invent a 10 star or badge of honor rating.My husband and I are so lucky to have gotten to know Melissa several years back when we just moved to San Diego and purchased our first property in San Diego (a condo).She was always available and willing to advise us with any and all questions we had.Always with a small, a fantastic sense of humor and in the most knowledgeable rich way one can hope for.Now that we are moving towards the next level of a home purchase - which has been a turmoil of a journey due to the way the market and financing is in San Diego and California -having Melissa by our side in the process, not just once, but twice is a gift from above.Home buying can be a stressful process (more so if you come from a different country).And Melissa makes ever step feels like it's a walk in the park even if sometimes it's not.Dealing with inspections, other consultants, banks can all be so convoluted, yet Melissa helped us navigate them like riding a bicycle for the first time.Melissa, and her associate, Katherine, are always there for us in the most expert professional way one can ask for, making us feel as confident and safe as one can.She is amazingly knowledgeable and helped us understand every step in the most realistic manner in regards to all the different options we had. Her availability and always (literally always) being there for us makes us suspect she is actually Wonder Woman and somewhere under her cool fantastically tailored suits, amazingly cool professional approach and smiles there is a Lasso of Truth & Gold Armor.We are at awe of her skill level that makes her not a real estate agent and broker but a master of her field.We will always be thankful to have Melissa as our realtor. Without exception if you are looking for a real estate agent the best decision you would make is to partner with Melissa Goldstein Tucci. Melissa used her training and superior knowledge of the market to price our home correctly. Melissa marketed the heck out of our home. She took the time to have our property staged beautifully and used every available marketing channel to drive the market. She turned the property fast at a price higher than we expected. We moved out of the area and Melissa went out of her way to regularly update us on everything. She made sure the buyer was qualified. She fought hard for the best possible terms for us. Melissa represented us by attending the home inspection so that she could hear the feedback from the inspector first hand. With Melissa in your corner you will feel less stress because she will take care of the little details. Her professionalism goes beyond measure. If you are looking for a real estate agent you would be foolish if Melissa is not your choice.
