Our Realtor in California recommended Danielle Giann for our search in Sedona for our home. We flew in on a Wednesday and hit the ground running. We had four days and a lot of homes to see. We gave Danielle a a list of homes we wanted to see and she gave us a few more. We had about 25 altogether a lot of ground to cover. As the homes flew by in a whirlwind, I watched Danielle watching us and taking mental notes of our comments on each lovely home we went through. That is first and foremost a great salesperson. As the days went by we dwindled it down to three homes. She patiently took as back to these three homes and asked us to take a moment and breath. She talked to us and we listened to her thoughts. We finally chose a home. We made an offer and the owners accepted and started the process. Unfortunately, there was a difference of opinion with the owners and we walked away severely disappointed. I remember Danielle saying to us, no worries I will find that home for you. We went back to California thinking are we crazy for doing this. Maybe, but in those few days we were hooked. Danielle would Facetime with us through each home. We eventually found the home. Danielle, amazingly found a gem for us. We are beyond ecstatic and thrilled, not only for finding a home but meeting such a passionate person loving her job in such a beautiful part of the country. Danielle is honest and open and just plain fun to be around. She has introduced us to more fun people and are as amazing as she is. I truly believe Danielle gives her customers her open and honest opinion even if it doesnt work out. Its only a win for her if the customer is happy. Thank you Danielle we are better for knowing you.
