My first introduction with Alex was via phone call in early August 2020. I had a laundry list of questions and what if scenarios. After half way through the Q&A session it was clear she not only had the credentials, but equally important local knowledge of the Annapolis MD including what the market was actively doing. This was extremely important b/c of the timing and COVID conditions which actually had an opposite effect driving market prices up...hence the starting flag went up quickly. Needless to say I wasted no time in locking in a contract w/Alex. Then before arriving to take possession of my home from renters on September 15th, we decided to put the home on the market as "Coming Soon" to generate interest. Two days later and one day before arriving in Annapolis I received a call from Alex stating she received a full price cash offer with settlement within 30 days....without the potential buyer ever stepping a foot inside the home...yea this was amazing and exciting to me. Post arrival I finally got a chance to meet both Alex and Johnathan in person. Both were extremely helpful in working through the process, as well as a few kinks, and final discussions with the buyer and buyer's agent. In the end, everything worked out just fine...and it was Alex who kept the deal on track including a few staging items to convince the new buyers they were getting a great home at a great price in a great location...downtown Annapolis! Alex and Johnathan - Many thanks for your friendship and guidance during the process. You truly are the Rock Star team of Annapolis. For those who are reading my story...trust me Alex has the pulse on Annapolis so don't waste time...give her a call immediately!
