Kelly was a wonderful realtor who I had pleasant working experience. Kelly showed a lot of patience in understanding my home requirements and economic boundaries. This was an important purchase for me so I had a lot of questions and hesitation in selecting the house, but Kelly was very patient and accommodating. She made herself readily available to show the houses, and promptly responded to texts. She differentiated herself from other realtors during negotiation process. I noticed that Kelly seemed to care more about client's interests than her commission. In addition to the above nice attributes, Kelly was more beneficial as her husband Martin (who is a professional) attended house showings and gave estimate for any repairs in the house. This info was very valuable because it gave final realistic estimate of the house. I would recommend Kelly to anyone.
