I have not yet purchased a home so it is hard for me to comment on the negotiation skills other than initial conversation I have witnessed. I am an out of country potential buyer, Laurie spend considerable time listening to me and getting a sense of who I am and what i would expect from this relationship. We investigated what my desires for a home and what my family expectations were for a home which had to be suitable for my grown children and grandchildren to also use and feel safe. I felt that she certainly was on-my-side with respect to finding a home and not just sending high commissioned priced homes my way. She understands my needs. We are still looking and I have confidence the right place will present itself.What I like is that I feel I can place "trust" in Laurie, this is not something I could say about any other real estate agent I have ever used before!
