Julian was great to work with. He was attentive to our needs, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire processaEUR| and it was a VERY lengthy and complicated one! We started our process during the pandemic, traversing open houses, with long lines, PPE restrictions and that was the easy part. I should note that I didnt start with Julian. It was after working with several other realtors, I came to meet with him and at our very first showing, it was apparent to us that he was listening- which was very appreciated. He literally checked every box in our wants category. The homes he showed us were ALL up to our standards. After just a few showings we settled on the perfect one for us. He made sure that we were updated throughout the whole process and it was never hard to get in touch with him, which was invaluable to us. It literally took us more than a year and a half to finally settle, due to a few reneges by the seller, but he was patient and supportive. His knowledge of home buying became invaluable as well when were faced with a renegotiation. Bottom line is, we got the house that we wanted, with instant equity already built into the deal. I would recommend him and his team in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a dedicated realtor whose goal is to land the perfect deal on a home. You might even luck up and get a few extras like we did. Thanks again helping us to realize a dream, no longer deferred Julian and the entire Pina Team!!
