Hello everyone. Jim helped us find and buy our dream home. It sounds dramatic, because it is. We have looked at many houses with other agents but none of them except Jim was able to help us in a true manner. He was there with us through the bad smelling houses to the one we currently reside in ( which he helped us buy). Jim will make you feel very comfortable, it was more like, we were talking to a friend. we discussed about purchasing a house. He was always there to take the phone call and answer any questions. Jim understood our requirements quickly and helped us find the house. Attention to details, I cannot speak enough of Jim's superpower to pay attention to details. He found everything that is or could go wrong with the house. He mentioned things we forget to look at.
