My husband and found and purchased our second home through Joe. I found him as the listing agent for another house we had liked. As movers from across country and have not gone through this process in over 10 years ago before having twins, we appreciated his calm, professional, fun personality special with our kids, mannerisms and his advice was helpful and insightful. He was always very accommodating as to time and day to go and view several homes at once along with my entire family (filled minivan in several occasions) He understood what type of home we needed for our family right away and showed us residences that were in line with our budget. He also recommended residences we mentioned but that he knew we would not like when we saw them. He was right 100% of the time. He was very attentive and answered any questions or concerns we had (no matter how many times we asked) and educated regarding new rules and regulations, marketing and purchasing strategies, etc., along the way. Buying a home can be very daunting, confusing, and exciting. Joe was there to guide us each step of the way. I truly appreciated how he addressed all our needs in a timely manner. He was even easily reachable while he was on vacation. As like most home purchases, we ran into a couple of issues along the way. Joe solved these issues to the best of his abilities and knowledge. He went far beyond his job role by proving us with recommendations from veterinarians, to pediatricians and so far all his recommendations have been the best. We would truly recommend Joe for your real estate needs in the New Milford and surrounding areas, as he has lived there for a long time and knows the real estate climate well.
