We moved from out-of-state and knew we would be purchasing a home sight unseen due to COVID travel restrictions; with this in mind, we asked around with local friends and family for realtor recommendations. Christy was one of a few recommendations we received, and after a brief email and phone call exchange we knew Christy would be our realtor!We chose to work with Christy because she is:1) Congenial and personable. 2) Very responsive and quick to adapt to all modern communication methods. 3) An expert at assessing location(x3), house quality, and general home buying negotiation variables (i.e. she's very knowledgeable about real estate).She was our trusted agent on the ground, and I couldn't be happier with our experience! Our home and neighborhood are a great fit for our lifestyle and budget, we owe it all to Christy!

I cannot say enough about Robin and how lovely she made our experience buying a home. As first-time home buyers, my fiance and I were a little timid and unsure of how the whole thing worked, but Robin made sure we understood everything and answered any questions we had. If she did not know the answer, she made sure to figure it and always got back to us quickly. Throughout the whole process, I knew I could trust Robin to be a strong advocate for us and make sure we were taken care of. She ensured that what could have easily been an extremely stressful process was incredibly smooth and easy. It was great to know that whatever we needed, we could go to Robin and she would make sure it got taken care of.One of skills I was most impressed about with Robin was her ability to really understand what we liked about different houses that we viewed and then find houses that combined those features. In what I felt like was a short amount of time, we were able to find a house that my fiance and I both loved, simply because Robin had listened carefully to what we liked and was passionate about finding us that home.
