Ryan helped me find my condo in Houston and made it very easy for me to understand the purchasing process. I asked a ton of questions and Ryan was very attentive to respond either by text, email or with a call; even during off hours. What I really appreciated about Ryan was his advice and recommendations when negotiating with the seller. He provided a very good balance between getting me a good deal and helping me understand what tradeoffs were small to make to keep me focused on closing the deal. As this was my first purchase, I wanted to negotiate every little thing. Overall, Ryan will be a great person to partner with that will keep his work professional but make the purchasing process personable and exciting.
