Stephanie sold our home and helped us to find and buy a new home in the area we wanted to live. We were very happy with the great care she took in making sure our experience was excellent. Stephanie goes above and beyond for her clients. She was available to answer all of our questions. She often would answer our questions well outside of business hours. She was willing to work around our work schedules. She is definitely an expert in her field. She is extremely helpful and knowledgable. She even aided us in finding an excellent handyman to fix a few things before selling our home. She also was instrumental in connecting us with qualified landscapers, home inspectors, and other important home selling/buying specialists. She made the process as stress free as possible. In both the buying and selling process there were things that needed to be negotiated. Stephanie not only got us exactly what we needed, but made us feel confident that she would from start to finish. She was with us during the home inspection of our new house. She was very detail oriented during the whole process. She has her clients best interest in mind the whole time. We were connected with Stephanie through our bank and hit it off right away. She was very responsive to all our inquiries and made sure to really understand what we were looking for in a home. Stephanie knew a lot about the surrounding communities and was very open about the pros and cons of each. Her knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for led to us finding our home quickly. Negotiations were tough because of the hot market, but she was excellent in guiding us and making sure we made offers we were comfortable with. She also got us in contact with a great inspector, that we could not have been happier with. She kept in contact about where things were and making sure we had all our bases covered right up to closing. Even if she was out of town, she made herself available to us. Working with Stephanie made the home buying process so easy and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

I met Vern at an open house when my husband and I first decided to buy a house. Of all the realtors I met, I was most impressed by Vern. He listened to my health issues and while he didn't know much about my struggles, he worked hard to find a home for us that I could live in and breathe comfortably. We met him several months before we were serious about looking and his was the only card I kept. I highly recommend Vern if you are in need of a realtor that cares about you not making money. Many times through the process he stated to us that he wouldn't let us make an offer on any house that wasn't perfect for us. He was so thoughtful that he even spoke to builders about whole home air cleaners and sent me articles and information. Even after closing he is still helping us and we know we can call on him whenever we need assistance.
