If you're considering a different agent besides Kyle; stop right now. Hands down the best real estate professional I have ever dealt with. Covid presented us with many challenges in the home buying process And we had to try things that were different than the last time I purchased a home. I had to your remotely via Facebook messenger And I actually made an offer on the house that way. Kyle had to be my eyes and look out for things that would be an issue since I couldn't see the property myself at that time. He Was on top of every aspect of our transaction And it was his connections and expertise that allowed us to close escrow on my house in under 6 weeks. If you choose Kyle as your agent you will not be disappointed. When I buy and sell again he will be my first and only call. Thanks Kyle!

My wife and I selected Kyle from the candidates provided to us by my employer's corporate relocation benefit when we sold our Victorville home in the first half of 2019. Kyle was consistently friendly and professional throughout the duration of our relationship. He was also reasonably responsive considering his and his wife's first child arrived during our sale process. Where Kyle fell short, however, was his lack of knowledge and experience regarding several aspects of our sale process. Specific examples include his unfamiliarity with C.A.R. Form SIP for buyer rent-back to seller, and his complete unawareness of C.A.R. Form SPRP (Seller's Purchase of Replacement Property) which I as his client discovered, brought to his attention, and helped him prepare on our behalf. There were also several instances where we perceived Kyle's guidance and recommendations appeared to prioritize his ease-of-sale over representing our best interests as clients/sellers.In the end, Kyle did complete the sale of our small 3-bed 2-bath house for a reasonable value. The sale process, however, required considerably more client attentiveness, effortaEUR"and at times interventionaEUR"than should have been necessary. As such, we can only recommend Kyle as a seller's agent for relatively simple and straightforward sales.
