Marci Pigg has been outstanding in helping us get our rental house in McKinleyville ready to sell. Since we live several hours away, and had never lived in the house, she gave us advice for both major (roof replacement, exterior and interior painting, flooring and carpet replacement) and less extensive services and repair. Primarily due to rainy weather, we experienced major delays in completing the needed improvements, but Marci was always ready to step in when needed to be at the house for various inspections, estimates, and services when we could not be there. We very much appreciated her positive outlook, and as a lifetime local resident we knew she would give us the best advice for selling a home in that area.When the last inspections were finished and the house was listed, we accepted an offer (over asking price) in just over one day, and were then able to complete most paperwork online. My husband and I cannot imagine working with anyone more knowledgeable, efficient, creative, helpful, and pleasant! We highly recommend Marci Pigg and her husband Mike for your real estate needs!
