We had a great experience working with Knock and Ashley. We needed to buy a new house due to our family expanding but we were having trouble doing it the traditional way. Knock really seemed to have so many more tools and options than we had been presented by any other realtors. We knew we needed the equity in our home to go towards the purchase of a new home but we were nervous about how the timing would work out. If our house sold quickly we could find ourselves without a home for a period of time while we searched for a new home. We really liked the idea of a new build but weren?t having luck finding anyone to really help us negotiate a good price. Ashley not only helped us negotiate a brand new home down to our price range but she also got our home sold for above asking price. On top of all that she made sure the closing dates lined up perfectly. Buying and selling a house can be such a stressful thing especially doing it while expecting a new baby but Knock really took the worry out of it and helped us through every step of the process. We could not be happier with the result.

Working with Ashley was one of the most rewarding experiences. After interviewing well over 9 agents including friends and family whom were agents, I decided to work with Ashley. Ashley was able to provide a full package service which none of the agent could provide or showed an interest. She was very transparent and made sure to educate me in every part of the process. From working with bad agents in the past that left me in distress Ashley worked hard to give me the confidence needed to both sell and buy my new home. Ashley was able to connect me with expert contractors as well as understand the financial side so that I could recoup the maximum amount of profit for my home. Her knowledge of the programs Compass offered really opened a lot of doors for me. She also strategized a plan to find me a home during a time when there was low inventory and tough competition from buyers. Ashley even helped me with staging my home and made right on recommendations for color schemes that allowed my home to sell in 48 hours. She is a expert negotiator and knows how to adapt when situations arise. Through everything she kept us on schedule got me the perfect home I needed and sold my home for one of the highest profit marigins while during COVID and having to work through construction on my existing home. Overall I will definitely be using Ashley in the future and recommend her to anyone needing a professional well knowledgeable agent willing to get the job done.
