Maureen McLean was the agent that listed and sold our father's home in South San Francisco in January 2016. She guided us through the very emotional process of getting our family home ready for sale, coordinating the repairs, and staging, listing the home and contract negotiations. She was amazing, really knows her business. She put us in contact with the estate sales company and after the estate sale was completed and the home was empty, she was up and running getting the house ready for sale. Maureen is very knowledgeable, efficient, upfront, and honest. She advised us on what items in the home were more important to fix to sell the house, had her crew of people working on it, and the home staged. After all the repairs and minor restoration completed, the home was beautiful. It was like walking into a completely different house. The house sold very quickly and over the asking price.
